This full-time, permanent role offers you the scope to put your administration and customer service skills to great use within an expanding, reputable Personal Injury Solicitor business. We re particularly seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on customer interaction and embraces varied communication channels.

As part of the close-knit and friendly Client Care team, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with incoming callers to gather and verify client information.
• Collaborating with medical and rehabilitation partners to progress cases.
• Providing regular updates to clients regarding significant milestones and arranging appointments.
• Communicating with witnesses and other parties.
• Demonstrating strong organisational skills to effectively manage and prioritise your caseload.
• Identifying and addressing potentially invalid claims.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in an empathetic way, as some clients will be going through personally challenging times.
• Confidently expressing yourself both verbally and in writing.
