As a Client Engagement Specialist you will focus on managing existing clients and retentions, as well as being accountable for the online reputation. Managing online reviews.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Looking after, and responding to online reviews for the business
• Managing member complaints and retention opportunities
• Ensuring all member service issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all online reviews are dealt with efficiently and professionally to a high standard
