Client Support Specialist Job in Christchurch

Our client is a leading ecommerce solutions business who now have an exciting opportunity for a diverse and dynamic Client Support Specialist to provide a frontline telephone, online and administration support to our portfolio of clients. This is an exciting time for the business as it continues to grow at pace and will be a rewarding and varied role for the successful applicant. The Client Support Specialist role is a pivotal position within the organisation as they will ensure the core requirements of day-to-day client administration, maintenance and finance requirements are completed quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard. The Client Support Specialist will develop and maintain excellent partnership relationships.

Salary and Benefits:

• A salary of up to £30,000 per annum DOE
• Monthly payment intervals
• 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30

Duties and Responsibilities as a Client Support Specialist:

• Being a first point of contact for client queries.
• Taking ownership of client queries and seeing them through to resolution.
• Managing courier queries, including late deliveries, missing parcels and collections.
• Supporting clients with queries relating to backorders, shipping, booking in and held orders.
• Working closely with our warehouse, technology and finance teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Keeping clients informed through clear, professional and timely communication.
• Building strong relationships and developing an understanding of each client s business and requirements.
• Managing multiple queries and priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and the way we support our clients.

Minimum Experience Required as a Client Support Specialist:

• Previous experience in a client support, customer service or administrative role.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent client service.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
