Clinical Governance Administrator Spire Regency Macclesfield Part time Permanent 30 hours per week Competitive hourly rate

Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our existing friendly Clinical Governance Team.

As Governance Administrator you will be responsible for supporting administration of internal quality systems and processes in order to support the maintenance of all external accreditations.

Working Hours: 8 am to 4 pm 4 days a week

Contract Type: Permanent

Duties and responsibilities

• Providing key stakeholders assurance that we are safe, effective, and compliant
• Responsible for presentation preparation, statistical data collation and creation of informative documents
• Supporting the Governance and Quality Manager in the implementation of guidance and policies
• Quality control of local policies and display information
• Responsible for the management of safety alerts and field safety notices

Who we’re looking for:

• Highly computer literate with good knowledge of MS365, MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Previous Customer Service experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills required both written and verbally, with good attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Highly proactive, a strong team player with strong customer service ethic and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under own initiative with diplomacy, confidentiality, and maintain excellent standards
