The practice boasts a highly skilled and stable team of nurses, salaried GPs, GP partners and allied health professionals as well as a wealth of support from one of the largest PCNs in the country. This practice is GP training with regular educational events and development opportunities.

The opportunity allows the suitable individual to work within a large MDT, whilst having access to a multitude to resources, training and mentorship form an extremely established team of GPs and clinicians. Flexibility, opportunities and support is second to none!

Salary – 43,742 – 48,750 per annum FTE + 5 week’s leave + BH + NHS pension

Your role –

  • FT or PT Clinical Pharmacist with Primary Care experience
  • Flexibility around days – 4 day working week available
  • Support with CPPE Pathway
  • The wide variety of work will ensure you will be responsible for dealing with, SMR, med reviews, acute medication requests and updating discharge and clinic letters.
  • Work closely within the PCN
