Clinical Services Manager Part Time

Our client, a charity organisation is currently looking for a Clinical Services Manager to join their team in London on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hybrid position, working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.

As a Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of the assistance programme for the charity.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager with a Psychotherapy qualification and a passion for transforming lives through therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the clinical operation processes and liaising with board of trustees and advisory committee over its impact
• Collaborating with internal and third party clinical teams to streamline service delivery processes such as referrals and whistleblowing reports
• Conducting regular training and seminar sessions for clients
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Psychotherapy (BACP or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role in Clinical Services
• Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
