Job Description
Medina are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Assistant to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Commercial Finance Assistant you will be responsible for working with the Senior Finance Business Partner to ensure the correct IRPs are uploaded to our ERPs and undertaking sell out pricing uploads for the customers, the medina website and staff sales. You will review customer quotes to ensure they meet the required levels and will progress the required sign-off process. You will also provide regular ad hoc reporting and data analysis to help provide insights on sales margin and growth opportunities.
This role is Mon-Fri and offers a remote contract with a requirement to travel to the Aylesford depot for training and meetings, so you must be within a commutable distance.

You:
We are looking for someone who has previous experience as a Finance Assistant ideally within the Commercial sector, however not essential. You will have strong excel skills and experience of working with Microsoft ERPs (AX or D365 desirable). Strong personal organisation skills with the ability prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met. Having the ability to communication confidently and mange internal relationships is key for this role. You’ll be numerate with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
