Your new roleAs the Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for all-round property management duties including landlord and tenant queries, service charges, budget management and day-to-day maintenance queries. You will be assigned your own client portfolio to manage and will work as part of the wider Property Management team receiving support and guidance where required. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to develop your property management experience as the organisation offers excellent career progression and further training.
What you’ll need to succeedIn order to be successful for this role, you will need to be an experienced property manager and should have experience working with commercial property. You should have experience of day-to-day property management, service charges and managing contractors. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
