I currently have an opening for a Compliance Officer with a UK wide commercial service provider in Lanark.You will be managing the IMS to ensure compliance with ISO accreditations. This is a varied role with both office-based compliance duties and on-site audits. You will be part of a small team but leading up the compliance sector. The right individual will be a confident communicator who can work well independently.This role is based entirely on site, Mon-Fri with flexible hours based in Lanark.The company pries themselves on their benefits: Bonus scheme paid twice a year Private health care Employer pension contribution On site parkingThe key responsibilities within this role are: Compliance checks in line with ISO: 9001/14001/45001/NHSS18 Internal and external audits on site Maintenance and reviews of company policies and procedures Ensuring training compliance Producing RAMS packs Adhock administration as requiredA successful candidate in this position will possess; 2 years of experience within a compliance based role UK driver’s license Excellent communication skills Self-motivated individual MS Suite literacy Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001 (preferred) Health and Safety qualification i.e. IOSH/NEBOSHThis is a great opportunity for an established compliance administrator/officer to continue to grow and develop within a strong team.
