Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be handling all inbound and outbound calls coming into the business from clients assisting with a range of enquiries alongside dealing with third parties ensuring a smooth process for the customer.
You will be looking after a busy inbox responding to customers and also communicating on webchat and social media platforms.
Profile
Previous Customer Service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality
Confident telephone manner
Extremely customer centric
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent team work skills
Job Offer
