Corporate Finance Partner – London

Excellent Package

Clark Wood have recently been instructed by highly reputable, large independent London & South East based UK Top 50 accountancy firm, to source an experienced Corporate Finance Director or Partner.

They key focuses of the role would be concentrating upon M&A, deal origination, transactions, funding with some additional exposure to lead advisory work and due diligence.

Clients would be mid market OMBs and SMEs, so an overall advisory mindset and skillset would be required. Deals in the region of £5mil to £200 mil.

As Corporate Finance Director or Partner you will bridge the gap between the Executives and the Senior Management team, by not only delivering the more complex reporting, but working with the more junior team members to provide guidance and support.

You will be able to lead meetings and relationships with your clients, providing detailed guidance on the information delivered and guide them through the transaction.

Acting as a lead on assignments, you will be able to pull all aspects together through strong leadership and technical ability. You will be encouraged to network with wider Corporate Finance teams within the business to ensure you are working on a National level to service clients and keep technical expertise current.

The firm have fully embraced agile working and are happy with either office based work 5 days per week, or only a couple of days in the office.

This local Central London office is commutable from areas all across Greater London, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex, Surrey, Hertfordshire etc
