Jameson Legal
Our client is an elite city law firm. They are currently looking for a corporate Lawyer with extensive experience in handling non-disclosure agreements, to work as part of a client team aligned to a core client of theirs within the private investments sector. The client is a private investment firm, focused on private debt investments. The assignment is to start imminently, and will run for 12 months.
In joining the client team, the successful Lawyer can expect to be involved in reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements along with related documentation, including release letters; advising on restrictions imposed by previously signed non-disclosure agreements, as well as securities and market-abuse regulations, along with liaising with the client over the phone and email.
Please note, Lawyers need to be comfortable with the scope of the role, and be committed to seeing out a 12 month assignment focusing on this. It is not a stepping stone to broader corporate M&A work.
The successful Lawyer will likely have upwards of 3 years’ PQE gained from a highly regarded law firm, and possess a background in corporate, capital markets, banking, or investment management.
The firm operates a hybrid working pattern. Successful individuals are likely to spend 3 days a week in the London office.
