We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-oriented Customer Advisor to join our team and provide excellent service to our clients. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries, resolving their issues and offering them the best solutions for their needs. You will also be responsible for promoting our products and services, generating sales and ensuring customer satisfaction
Your new role
Answer customer calls and emails in a polite and timely mannerProvide accurate and relevant information about our products and servicesHandle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate department if neededProcess customer orders, payments and refundsFollow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyaltyIdentify and pursue sales opportunities and cross-sell products and servicesMeet and exceed sales and performance targetsMaintain and update customer records in the databaseProvide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and sales
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Customer Advisor, Customer Service Representative or similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to listen and understand customer needs and provide solutionsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasksKnowledge of customer service software and toolsSales and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsA positive and customer-focused attitudeA minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
What you’ll get in return
A salary range of £23,000 – £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualificationsHybrid working
