My client based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol (BS32) are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
They are looking for someone to start immediately for approx 3 months.
Duties include:
Processing customer ordersDay-to-day administration tasks and ensure all work is completed to a high standardLiaising with relevant departments (internal and external – Customers & Suppliers)Handling email and telephone queries from customersEnsure phone calls and email queries are answered
Skill and Experience required:
Previous experience within a similar roleOrder processing experience, ideally knowledge of SAP, Sag or OracleAdministration / customer service experienceExcellent attention to detailIT LiterateAble to work independentlyGreat communication (written and verbal) with a friendly telephone manner
