Customer Service Advisor

• Location: Southport
• Salary: £20,500 (plus additional earnings through bonus scheme)
• Contract: Full time, Permanent
• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5:30pm, Friday 9am – 3pm

My client based in Southport is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work out of their main office on a permanent basis, offering a salary of £20,500 plus additional earning potential through a monthly bonus scheme.

The job will include:

• Speaking to a variety of different customers
• Providing an excellent customer experience, building rapport instantly and taking further details about their enquiry
• Recording details onto the system
• Handle enquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
• Support colleagues and work as part of a team

Person Specification:

• Superior customer service skills (previous experience working within a contact centre based role)
• Communication is key to this role
• Computer literate
• Ability to multi-task & deal with a number of queries
