Customer Service Executive
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: 21,500
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays. (37 hours)
You must be available to start Monday 25th March.

This is a customer service role with a difference, you will ensure that the customers journey is happy from order to aftercare!

- You will have a strong 4 week training process to make sure you are conversation ready.
Purpose of the Role:
- You will play a pivitol role in the Customers journey ensuring that it is a smooth transaction for beggining to end.
- Dealing with order requests, ammendments and delivery arrangements.
So if you have;
- Previous experience working in a customer services role ideally in a call centre, working in a fast-paced busy team in an office environment.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with a calm and patient approach
- A team player – work well with other team members and be a fully participating team member.
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in high volume calls and emails
