Customer Service Advisor

  • Create an excellent customer experience by effectively handling customer accounts, orders, queries, and complaints through various communication channels (telephone, email, Live chat, WhatsApp).
  • Take ownership of daily tasks and prioritise them to ensure timely and accurate completion, seeking guidance from the senior team when needed.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, switching tasks as directed by seniors based on daily demands and available resources.
  • Evaluate and manage your own work, maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both verbal and written interactions.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Proactively drive change and problem-solve with initiative.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with confident and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
