Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time)
Salary: £22,000-£24,000 PRO RATA
Location: Warrington.

Our client is looking for enthusiastic customer service advisors with great communication skills and a can-do attitude to expand their team. We are recruiting both part-time and full-time candidates due to their growth.

The customer service department is a very welcoming and supportive environment, the team work on multiple channels which include phone, email and live chat, the desirable candidate would be someone who has experience in one or all of these.

What will the roles involve?

• Providing great customer service whilst assistant customers with their online accounts
• Dealing with all enquires over the phone, email and live chat
• Ensuring ownership of all interactions, being worked in an efficient manner
• Liaising internally with internal departments to resolve customer queries
• Ensure escalations are raised to maintain customer satisfaction
• Remain up to date with current promotional campaigns, rules, and procedures
• Working on multiple systems
• Any additional tasks required.

Who would be the right fit?

• Excellent communication skills, via both verbal and written communication
• Customer service experience
• A proactive and personable attitude
• Great IT literate skills with experience using MS Office & Outlook.
