Customer Service Advisor – Repayments Part Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor (Repayments) for a fast-paced role within a well-established company!

My client is looking for someone who has telephone customer service experience from an arrears or payment planning background.

• Full time, Permanent
• Start date 26th February 2024 (must be available for below training dates)
• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 – 17:30
• £22-24,500 DOE
• FULLY REMOTE

Training dates in 2024 (must be available on all dates):

• 26th Feb – 5th March
• 11th & 18th March
• 25th – 27th March
• 15th – 17th April

My client is looking for the following:-

• Payment planning background
• Experience in dealing with arrears
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience handling a high volume of calls
• Ability to work out calculations

If successful your offer of employment will be subject to references, DBS check, credit check and will need to hold valid right to work documents.

You will be answering incoming calls and some duties will include:

• Transferring calls to the relevant department
• Complaints handling
• Answering any customer queries
• Providing calculations such as remaining balance

You will need a suitable working environment at home, the company will provide a working from home kit including laptop/headset etc. You just need a decent internet speed.
