As a member of the collections department, you’ll be providing support and guidance to customers regarding debt management over the phone.
Salary – £20,250 + Monthly bonus taking your total salary to £23,250
Role Type – Full time / Permanent / Shift rota between 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday (no weekend work required)
Location –Leamington Spa, Warwickshire (commutable from Warwick, Bishop’s Tachbrook, Blackdown, Stoneleigh, Hunningham, Harbury and surrounding areas)

The Role
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assess customers’ income and expenses to help them manage their debt by creating a realistic payment plan that’s fair to them. You’ll also use the system to record all call information and calculate the payment plans. To excel in this role, you should be resilient and have a passion for assisting people.
Experience in a telephone-based position is not required as thorough training is provided. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those with customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or recent graduates seeking their first role.
