I am currently recruiting a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established business based in Braintree. The role is initially a fixed term contract for 6 months, however there is opportunity or this to become permanent.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
– Dealing with customer queries mostly via phone and email
– Manage daily administrative tasks
– Respond to customer queries within a professional and timely manner
– Processing orders, returns and deliveries
– Working with customers who have any questions, concerns or complaints to resolve these
As the Customer Service Executive, you will have the following experience:
– Dealing with customers and solving queries day to day
– Experience of logging customer details through a CRM or similar
– Microsoft Office Skills
– Available immediately or at one week notice
