FIXTED TERM CONTRACT – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE:

As a Member Account Executive, you’ll work within our Member Engagement team to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. Your role involves assisting with member queries, processing applications, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Location: Stevenage

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible as needed)

Salary £24,000 – £25,000 per annum – pro rata

Responsibilities for Customer Service Executive:

• Assist members through phone, email, and SMS.
• Follow up on potential member leads from various activities.
• Process new member applications and renewals.
• Handle member payments securely.
• Reach out to members for retention efforts.
• Promote company’s services to potential and existing members.
• Maintain communication standards with members.
• Share feedback with teams based on member insights.
• Represent company at events when required.
• Collaborate with partners for member scheme administration.
• Adhere to company policies, including Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.

What you need for Customer Service Executive:

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and sensitivity to member needs.
• Familiarity with data protection standards.

Please note this is a fixed term contract for 6 months initially
