JOB TITLE: Customer Service Team Leader / Manager
LOCATION: Outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5:00pm (full time in the office)
SALARY: 29,000 – 32,000 per annum dependant on experience
Office Angels has teamed up with their client to on board a Customer Service Team Leader/Manager to their team.
They are looking for someone to manage and assist the Customer Service team in their performance and work across departments to effectively manage any service problems and resolve any issues.
About this role:
- Organise the customer care team’s tasks and ensure clear understanding of duties
- Oversee a small team of 1-2 team members
- Monitor team productivity, offering feedback and support as needed
- Conduct yearly performance reviews
- Manage annual leave and sickness for the Customer Service team
- Resolve issues and address customer complaints
- Train new employees and keep the team updated on systems, procedures, products, and promotions
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and online chats, handling orders and suggesting additional items
- Coordinate with the accounts team for overdue/over credit limit trade accounts
- Manage and respond to online customer reviews
About you:
- Previous experience working in an office based supervisor, Team Leader or Manager role is highly desirable
- Ability to manage a team and keep them motivated
- Experienced working towards departmental KPI’s
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages and experience working with various systems
- Give excellent Customer Service
