FULL TIME PERMANENT HOUSING REPAIRS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am working with a client in Dewsbury to recruit a part-time Customer Services officer on a 30 permanent hours a week basis. This will be Monday to Friday 08:30 – 2:30. You will need to:
To provide an effective, efficient and professional maintenance service to customers through an innovative, dynamic, results-driven approach, delivering high quality performance and service delivery to meet the Association’s needs and objectives. To deal effectively and courteously with all customer enquiries including emergency repairs, standard repairs, tenant responsibility repair enquiries and chargeable work. To liaise with technicians and contractors to track and plan the completion of work.
You will proactively ensure that work is delivered in a way that complies with and contributes to the implementation of all policies and relevant legislation, including Risk Management, Data Protection, Equality & Diversity, Health & Safety, Financial Regulations, Safeguarding, Whistle-blowing Policy, Probity and Professional Boundaries.
This is a hybrid role based out of Dewsbury.
Experience in housing / repair is essential for this role.
