I am looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor / Customer Service Supervisor to join a global logistics company who specialise in providing shipping services for the likes of galleries, interior designers and auction houses to name a few! Working within the Operations department and reporting into the UK Customer Care Team Lead, the successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will manage a small team, handle customer requests & manage customers’ shipments expectations. This is a Monday-Friday role, with a choice of working hours – either 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm.
