Adecco are excited to be working with this client for their customer service department of six, as they look to recruit an energetic and friendly customer service representative.

Offering a diverse range of products and UK widespread customer base, this company is based in Colchester- accessible via public transport.

This is an exciting role for a dedicated Customer Service pro to join the friendly team, contributing to their continuous growth. There are also opportunities for progression in the future too!

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong customer relationships via the phone.
• Maintain a positive phone manner whilst dealing with queries.
• Support the sales team with queries.
• Process orders, and ensure product availability.
• Resolve customer queries, record interactions, and update account information.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about customer service excellence.
• Clear and confident telephone manner.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and friendly.
• Proficient in IT, data entry, and multitasking.
