A leading technology company are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team based in Gloucester. Within this role you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service specialists, monitoring performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer support.
This role is offered on a full-time basis, with shift work Monday to Sunday, 9am – 6pm.
