CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER

£31,250 (Including Bonus)

GLOUCESTER

A leading technology company are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team based in Gloucester. Within this role you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service specialists, monitoring performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer support.

This role is offered on a full-time basis, with shift work Monday to Sunday, 9am – 6pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be:

  • Managing the day-to-day workload of a team
  • Assessing team performance as well as managing the recruitment of new staff
  • Monitoring team performance regarding productivity, quality assurance and sales performance
  • Implementing improvements and modifications to existing practices, via team activities
  • Liaising with other internal departments to provide feedback and implement changes.
  • Responding to complaints escalated by the team.
  • Assisting with product briefing and sales training

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Team Leader, you must have:

  • Previous experience within a call centre/customer service role
  • Previous supervisory/team leader experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • An enthusiastic and motivated attitude, to drive improvement and quality
  • Strong IT and literary skills
  • A strong focus on target achievement
