Role Summary:
To support the Board and Executive in the development, adoption and performance monitoring of Accent’s Corporate Strategy, taking into account the external policy environment as well as insight from our customers, employees and wider external stakeholders.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will contribute to the leadership of the organisation in the delivery of our strategic aims, and work with all members of the leadership team to take ownership of the strategy matrix (supporting strategies) that will contribute to the overall delivery of our corporate objectives.
Manage and maintain a proactive policy resource for understanding Accent’s regulatory and political environment and that it is appropriately communicated to Board, Committees, Exec, SLT and all employees as appropriate. Likewise, ensure that Accent’s profile is maintained by coordinating responses to relevant sector consultations and collaborative initiatives with our strategic external stakeholder groups.
The successful candidate will be required to travel to all our sites around the country.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £91,250 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post.
This post will also receive a car allowance.
