We have the clear ambition to become the uncontested leading European provider of integrated, end-to-end HR solutions for all organizations and workers. To realize this ambition we are currently looking for a group Director Strategic Pricing to join our portfolio management team. Portfolio management is the glue of our organization by being the strategic advisor of all stakeholders. In our 26 countries and across our 4 segments (SME/mid-market/large enterprises/international), we drive customer value and growth thru easy to buy and easy to sell value propositions based on continuous market interaction and a solid expertise.
Your Responsibilities:
• You will create, lead and mentor a new team of pricing professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• You will develop and refine pricing strategies for our European markets and segments that align with the company’s business objectives and market dynamics, ensuring pricing models are competitive and contribute both to top- and bottom line.
• You identify and seize opportunities to drive revenue growth through pricing optimization.
• In collaboration with our research & intelligence team, you conduct thorough market and customer research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and potential threats.
• You implement pricing analytics and methodologies to measure and report on pricing
performance, using these data-driven insights to drive informed decisions.
• You continuously monitor and optimize pricing models across our markets and segments, taking into account our value proposition, product positioning, and cost structures.
• Together with the portfolio team, you strive to optimize the packaging and bundling of our portfolio offering in order to maximize value for our customers and the SD Worx group.
• You establish pricing governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency and
compliance throughout the organization.
• You will be an important stakeholder in defining our CPQ strategy and setup.
• You are a true team player so challenging views, sharing expertise and encouraging
intrapreneurship comes natural to you.
• You will report to the group VP of Portfolio Management.
• You will be based in one of our European countries and are willing to travel up to 20%
Our ideal candidate
• Brings a proven experience (+5Y) in strategic pricing at a leading global consulting firm to the table.
• Can look back at a successful track-record within the HR Tech and/or payroll services domain.
• Is experienced in building and leading pricing teams.
• Has strategic pricing in a B2B product and service context for breakfast.
• Is an intrapreneur who truly takes on commitment and delivers.
• Is decisive backed by numbers and expertise.
• Always sees the bigger picture, looking forward to realize the overall strategy of our
company.
• Is a strong networker with a natural presence that generates impact at all levels.
• As a critical analytical mind, contributes to the continuous challenging of the status quo.
• Can contribute in evaluating strategic partnership and M&A initiatives.
• Is a true team player. One for all, all for one!
• Is fluent in English (spoken and written), any other European language is considered as a plus.
