Hobson Prior is on the lookout for a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic team of multi-skilled engineers. This role will focus on a variety of electrical engineering tasks and projects, both internal and external. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quick and efficient response to all electrical emergencies and maintaining the highest standards of GMP in all areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Complete electrical engineering tasks and projects with a team of multi-skilled engineers on both internal and external facilities.
- Take responsibility for all site Portable Appliance Testing.
- Be responsible for Electrical Installation and condition reporting.
- Assist in the delivery of Engineering projects under the management of both the Engineering Manager and the Operations Director.
- Ensure that all electrical emergencies are responded to quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that the appropriate SOPs are in place for all engineering electrical activities.
- Apply GMP in all areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Electrical Maintenance experience.
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical/biotech environment working to GMP standards.
- NVQ in electrical installations.
- 18th edition wiring regulations and test & inspect qualification.
