Endur Support Lead – Contract – London Rate – £550-750 per day (Inside IR35)Location – Canary WharfTitle: Endur Support Lead – Contract – LondonWe’ve partnered with one of London’s leading energy companies that are looking for an Endur Support Lead to join their team. They are looking for someone with 8+ years plus of demonstratable Endur experience, hands on in the system and can show or wants to lead a London based support team. Someone who has worked in the support space before, and will get their hands dirty and in front of users. In terms of the team lead part – something who can run a team of 3-5 others, run morning calls, and scrums, and coordinate project style deliveries.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Requirement to be UK onshore, 3 days per week in office and part of the “BAU” Support Team
- Lead a of 4/5 people
- Previous experience leading teams.
- Prefer to have worked in direct user-facing support teams before, and Commodity / Finance / IT institutions
- Will be required to own issues and interface with business to take on support issues or questions and drive out requirements/root cause/resolution end to end
- Will be required to own and interface with wider I&E Teams to ensure issues/enhancement are correctly ‘backlogged’ to other workstreams as required
- Clear communication skills – various formats required
- Will be required to support a range of applications and user bases, and to be able to pick up a wide range of issues and questions.
- Candidate to have basic database/SQL skills
This team is also looking for an Endur support focussed analyst who has worked as a support person for a few years, preferably with Endur or at least in the Commodities space. A real problem solver, happy to be put in front of demanding users to understand issues and learn how to resolve.
