As an enforcement legal assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the enforcement with various tasks, such as:

• Review cases to ascertain whether enforcement action is appropriate.
• Communicating with experts and Counsel
• Preparing legal documents, such as drafting Application and Part 8 proceedings and bundles for court
• Send routine correspondence to Clients, landlords and Solicitors.
• Managing and maintaining case files and records.
• Performing administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Law Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Excel knowledge
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy clients who are Social Landlord tenants
• Knowledge of civil procedure, and enforcement law desirable not essential

Salary: £18 – 25,000

Location: Liverpool City Centre
