Our client, a leading packaging firm, has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join their team to support the Senior Leadership Team, reporting into the MD.

The role:

• Manage and maintain the Senior Leadership Teams’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Organise and prioritise incoming correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for the Senior Leadership Team.
• Efficiently handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Manage database and information systems used by the Senior Leadership Team.
• Act as a point of contact between the Senior Leadership Team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Facilitate effective communication within the Senior Leadership Team and other departments.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with team members to drive project success.

Key skills/ essential:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency with office productivity tools and collaboration software.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and tools.
• Able to learn and maintain internal systems.
