Facilities Administrator required urgently for this temporary role located in North Cambs.Start: ASAPDuration: 3 months, potentially longerHours of work: 8am – 4.15pm Monday – FridayLocation: North Cambs – on site every dayDuties:

• Meet and greet visitors
• Carry out building inductions for visitors etc
• Provide general office admin support for the Facilities Department
• Responsible for the use of the facilities ticket portal
• Order and maintain stock
• Responsible for meeting room management
• Responsible for onsite weekly fire alarm testing etc
• Fire extinguisher checks
• Maintain health and safety noticeboards
• Ensure all contractors attending site are provided with appropriate health and safety paperwork

Your skills/experience:

• Previous admin experience
• Previous experience in health and safety compliance
• Self motivated
• Excellent IT skills
