IO Associates seeks a Facilities Management Business Partner for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a Site/Building Process confirmation routine with Site Business Partners and Building custodians. Manage action recording and timely follow-up on Facility Management (FM) topics.
- Act as the local FM representative in Site-level working groups.
- Support the Site FMRE Business Partner in addressing reactive/unplanned issues across the site.
- Assist in coordinating Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) actions/improvements with the EHS Controller at the site level.
Skills Required
- Prior experience in project management and project delivery is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Experience in facility management, building, and construction is preferred.
