Key Responsibilities

• Perform 1st and 2nd fix data cabling for EPOS hardware and kiosk installations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and industry standards.
• Utilise power tools and follow proper procedures for maintenance and installation.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide on-site customer support and maintain positive client relationships.
• Conduct regular site visits for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Skills & Experience

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

• Solid experience in 1st/2nd fix data cabling
• Proficient in EPOS hardware/kiosk installation
• CSCS Card OR ECS Cardholder
• Familiarity with Health & Safety guidelines and regulations
• Experienced in using power tools (Grinder/impact driver/SDS drills etc).
• Previous experience in the QSR/Retail industry, specifically in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Able to travel/work away from home when required.
• Flexible working hours including overnight works where required.
• Weekend working on a rota basis.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

• Additional certifications related to field maintenance/installation in the technology industry.
• Experience with other retail technologies and systems
• Knowledge of POS (point-of-sale) systems and software
