We are looking for someone to join our Overpayments team in Newcastle. The team supports a number of government clients, assisting them with a variety of queries revolving around their direct employees' salaries. Your role will be to handle different case management activities a highly motivated person with the fantastic ability to resolve queries is just what we need.

This is a Hybrid role so you'll working in the office 2 days and from home for the rest of the week.

What you will be doing:
  • Contributing to the delivery of a high quality Finance Services to multiple clients.
  • Supporting our clients and their employees with the negotiation of salary overpayments.
  • Reviewing and handling appeals from employees.
  • Liaise confidently with internal team members/colleagues to ensure cases are brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Maintaining records for audit purposes.

What you'll bring:
  • MS Office experience.
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service

It would be great if you had:
  • Finance based work experience
  • Basic experience of payroll
