Goodman Masson are working with a well renowned non-profit organisation to recruit for a Finance Business Partner, who will be instrumental in developing relationships with key stakeholders and influencing decision making at a senior level.
You will have strong Business Partnering experience and have the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Day to day duties:
- Work closely with budget holders to build their understanding of financial position and performance
- Produce regular management accounts and long term financial modelling and present to executive team
- Participating in senior operational leadership discussions and meetings
- Providing constructive challenge to budget holders
- Produce regular dashboard reporting for the Trustee Board
- Consolidate departmental budgets and forecasts
Essentials:
- CCAB Qualified or equivalent
- Strong experience influencing stakeholders at a senior level
- Ability to build financial models to aid strategic decision making
- Experience explaining complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
Salary: circa 60,000 + excellent benefits including employee pension contributions ranging from 11-18%
