We re excited to be sharing that we have an opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for the management of the reporting, budgeting, and cash management process for our fast-growing multi-site property business. The purpose of the role is to drive costs and value which will include benchmarking costs and making recommendations for improvement. You ll working closely with the Head of Divisional Operations supporting them with maximising performance and assisting with the preparation of reporting and presentations to clients and senior management.
The role will offer flexibility to work from home 2/3 days a week with the remainder of time being spent working as a part of the finance team in our Sheffield office.
About You
To apply for this role, you ll need to be ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified with end-to-end management accounting experience and excellent organisation skills. As you ll be liaising with clients, the role requires a confident, strong and a credible communicator with skills to tailor your communication style dependant on the audience. It s important that you have advanced MS Excel skills and have system knowledge – experience of Yardi would be highly desirable.
