Financial Analyst Part Time

Kenneth Brian Associates have an exciting opportunity for a part qualified or QBE Accountant to work as a Financial Analyst in a busy and ambitious team based in the heart of the Manor Royal (Crawley).

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the company’s financial systems
• Setting up users and ensuring the correct permissions are applied
• Develop and document system processes
• Assist with testing to ensure all system projects are implemented accurately
• Responsible for maintaining key data tables
• Responsible for producing and circulating reports on a periodic basis as required by the business
• Generating reports and analysis to support decision-making
• Participation in financial planning and budgeting processes

Skills/requirements:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience as a systems accountant/analyst in a fast-paced environment
• Mixed financial and IT background with the ability to liaise across operational and commercial teams
• Experience in automating reporting
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
• Enjoys a busy, fast-paced working environment

Experience in the following software packages would be beneficial:

• Microsoft Dynamics GP
• IBM Planning Analytics
