Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be partnering with an independent financial planning practice in Poole for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their experienced and welcoming team, within a family built firm that has grown over the years of continued success. Duties include:

• Process new business applications, withdrawals and fund switches through to completion.
• Communicate both written and verbally with client, providers and other third parties
• Obtain valuations and product information for analysis
• Supporting the Advisors, carrying out administrative duties throughout the process.
• Schedule and book in review meetings, managing FA diary

Experience/skill set required

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role within a financial planning firm
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• Professional manner
