First Contact Administrator – Accommodation Part Time

RSR Justice are currently recruiting on behalf of Black County Women’s Aid for a First Contact Administrator to be part of a central contact and administrative team.

This purpose of this is to be first contact for all referrals and demand into accommodation services for victims of domestic violence and abuse.

This is a full time, permanent role, based in West Bromwich and offers a salary of £22,308.

Main Duties:

• Receiving referrals from agencies, stakeholders and individuals making initial contact
• Taking calls from agencies, stakeholders and victims needing help, support and guidance.
• To administer accurate, concise and up to date case management systems.
• Ensure that clients have full access to all services and teams work together to create the best outcome for victims
• Collect feedback on first contact services
• To undertake administrative duties to ensure that external databases are maintained.

Essential Requirements:

• Educated to minimum Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experiencing of working within a needs led service providing information and advice to victims of domestic abuse/sexual violence is desirable
• Experience of working within a supportive setting for vulnerable people, homelessness/destitution
• Experience of working/liaising with all stakeholders over the phone and using other forms of communication including use of emails, written correspondence
