Claremont Fan Court School is a vibrant, independent, gently selective, co-educational day school, located in Surrey for pupils aged 2 to 18. The school is transitioning towards a whole school approach for educational provision with strong pupil growth. The head of communications and engagement will have a leading role in developing and building relationships across the entire school community to share information and to promote engagement, participation and to listen to everyone’s views and ideas to help shape a one school pupil journey in pursuit of excellence.
To be successful in this role you will be a strategic thinker, have exceptional experience in a senior communications and engagement role and will have outstanding interpersonal skills. You will also have a track record of developing and running successful engagement campaigns for complex organisations with measurable and demonstrable impact.
This role can be throughout the year or worked on a term time plus basis with additional weeks to be worked during the holidays. We are also open to hybrid working and reduced hours during the school holidays.
