We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Education to join our team. As the Head of Education, your primary focus will be driving business growth through the development and delivery of high-quality educational programs and courses. Your expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and business strategy will be instrumental in enhancing the academy’s reputation, expanding its reach, and attracting a diverse range of students. Responsibilities:

Educational Program Development:
Develop and oversee the creation of comprehensive educational programs and courses that align with industry trends, business needs, and learner objectives.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and instructional designers to ensure the curriculum is up-to-date, engaging, and meets the highest educational standards.

Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing courses to incorporate new information, technologies, and best practices.

Business Growth Strategy:
Develop and execute a business growth strategy for the academy, identifying opportunities for expansion, diversification, and market penetration.

Conduct market research to understand industry demands, emerging trends, and competitor offerings.

Identify and explore partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances to drive enrollment and revenue growth.

Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns for educational programs.

Utilise various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, and industry events, to increase awareness and attract prospective students.

Craft compelling messaging and value propositions to position the academy as a leader in fitness education.

Instructor Management and Development:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified instructors to deliver high-quality educational experiences.

Provide ongoing support, coaching, and professional development opportunities for instructors to enhance their teaching skills and ensure consistent delivery of the curriculum.

Foster a positive and collaborative environment that encourages innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.

Student Experience and Support:
Oversee student experience initiatives to ensure high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and success.

Implement systems and processes to track and monitor student progress, feedback, and outcomes.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, addressing their needs, concerns, and providing guidance throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational program management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving enrollment targets.
• Strong knowledge of instructional methodologies, adult learning principles, and educational best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, business, or a related field is preferred.
