Thank you for considering a Head of Services role with Redthread. We are a team of compassionate, collaborative and courageous professionals committed to empowering young people to change their lives.
Are you ready to lead with purpose, providing both strategic and operational leadership? Redthread is seeking a dynamic individual to step into the role of Head of Services and spearhead our pioneering and award-winning services.
As the Head of Services, you will join our leadership team as the driving force behind our service delivery and performance, cultivating an inclusive and supportive culture.
Your responsibilities will span overseeing the effective delivery, performance, and quality assurance of all Redthread services, currently across London and the Midlands. Collaborating closely with the Director of Services and other key stakeholders, you will lead a team of Programme Managers, enabling them with the guidance and support needed to deliver gold standard services to young people and thrive in their roles.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on continuous service improvement and keeping children and young people at the centre of everything we do with innovative approaches to meet their evolving needs. Your leadership will be instrumental in building strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders, enhancing service delivery, and promoting collaboration across the board.
Additionally, as a Designated Safeguarding Officer, you will be a leader in ensuring the safety and protection of children, young people and our team, providing expert safeguarding guidance and support to staff and liaising with external agencies when necessary.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, a supportive and flexible working environment, excellent staff training and development package and access to a range of employee benefits, including enhanced annual leave, sick pay and family leave entitlements, employer pension scheme contribution, access to clinical supervisions, enhanced employee assistance programme services and more. As this role requires an NHS honorary contract, as well as Redthread benefits, you’ll also have unique access to generous NHS discounts and a blue light scheme.
The offer of employment is conditional on satisfactory pre-employment checks, which include meeting any applicable legal vaccination requirements, unless medically exempt, as set by the CQC and NHS Hospital Trust. Redthread is not a Home Office-licensed visa sponsor; evidence of the right to work in the UK will need to be provided at the Interview stage.
