Head of Sustainability

I’m currently working on a Head of Sustainability role based in one of London’s most iconic buildings, paying up to £100,000.

Responsibilities

• Develop a shortlist of the top material themes and objectives for the UK Portfolio, ensuring alignment with market expectations and that the assets remain competitively positioned.
• Provide input into asset level business plans with regard to ESG enhancement and gather supporting analysis for proposals.
• Build on current advice to derive a business case for the procurement of relevant accreditations and implementation plan.
• Work with Property Management, Facilities Management, Finance and Development teams to ensure new development programmes maintain or enhance asset value.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for each asset under management with particular focus on ESG.
• Ensure compliance with all ESG related Statute and Regulations.

Requirements

• Honours degree level in any discipline
• Demonstrable experience of delivering ESG Strategies in complex, high profile assets and/or portfolios within a publicly listed or privately owned property company or institutional property investmentcompany, family office, REIT or fund.
