You will play a crucial role in providing a comprehensive financial and administrative service. Your expertise will directly impact the success in meeting customer needs and maintaining effective relationships.
Understanding and participating customer needs

Raising purchase orders
Assisting with monthly client reporting and billing
What you’ll need to succeed
Strong customer service skills – experience in a customer-facing role
Previous experience in an administrative role
Facilities experience – desirable
Some financial / accounting experience would be an advantage.
Flexibility to work outside of core office hours from time to time
Organisational skills
Good IT Skills – Word, excel and outlook – Intermediate to advance level
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good time management skills
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
