Our client, a major servicing organisation for one of Oxford’s largest employers, are looking for a Helpdesk Advisor on an ongoing temporary contract with possibility of a permanent placement.
This role forms part of the Helpdesk team in delivering a professional customer care and job dispatch service whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Your responsibilities will be:
. Log calls and enquiries effectively, relaying information to fellow staff
. Process and monitor customer requests
. Managing complaints effectively
. Achieve Health and Safety responsibilities
The ideal candidate must:
. Demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative
. Enjoy working with people
. Demonstrate excellent oral & written communication skills
. Must show good interpersonal relationships
The hours of work will be on a rota basis.
