Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This part-time role offers a competitive salary and generous annual leave, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to balance work with other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
  • Training & Development: Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent performance across the team.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and order cleaning supplies and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure that all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a housekeeping or cleaning environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
  • Disclosure: Must be willing to obtain a basic disclosure as part of the recruitment process.
