Housing Officer Part Time

An opportunity has arisen to join a Social Housing provider in Bristol within the Housing services department. The position as a Housing Officer focuses on relationship management with tenants and external agencies, and tenancy management of the various affordable housing properties.

Responsibilities

• Management of temporary accommodation and social housing properties
• Regular inspections of the properties and reporting on any issues
• Acting upon any antisocial behaviour
• Frequent reviews of tenancy agreements, and management of the different tenures

The ideal person would have worked within a social housing setting previously and have excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently would be advantageous due to the nature of the position, and a HNC Qualification in a related discipline is desirable.
